Davis & Morgan is an independent financial intermediary, registered under art. 106 of Legislative Decree no. 385/93 (the so-called Consolidated Banking Act) and specialized in the purchase and management of selected impaired loans. 

The company has been operating in the NPLs market for over ten years and today, Davis & Morgan is one of the main players in terms of number of transactions in the sector of mortgage credits secured by residential properties in the city of Milan.

Davis & Morgan’s business model focuses on maximizing the value of non-performing loans through sustainable debt restructuring for borrowers, and on identifying strategies for industrial turnaround, including the provision of new financing.
